Why we started
Too much of tech staffing is volume-first: spam outreach, keyword-matched resumes, and candidates submitted to roles they haven't agreed to. It wastes everyone's time and erodes trust in the industry.
StaffingIT is a deliberate reset. We're a US-based team choosing to work on fewer searches at a time, with people we've actually spoken to, for employers we've actually briefed with.
We don't have decades of case studies to point to yet. What we do have is a clear operating standard and a phone number-quality email address that reaches a real person.
Our operating principles
Say what's true
We're a practice with a focused network. We won't inflate our numbers, invent client logos, or claim experience we don't have.
Consent first
We never submit a candidate's resume anywhere without their explicit written permission for that specific role.
Transparent economics
Employer fees are agreed in writing before any work begins. Candidates are never charged. No hidden markups on contract rates.
Do less, better
We only take searches we believe we can actually fill well. If a role is outside our focus, we'll say so.
