Introduce yourself — no pressure, no games
We won't send your resume anywhere without your written permission for that specific role. We won't hide which company you'd be interviewing with. And we won't charge you anything, ever.
We don't always have an open role for every skill set. If we can't help right now, we'll say so instead of stringing you along.
A note on job listings
We deliberately don't post a big public jobs board. Most of what we work on is confidential to our clients until a candidate is ready to be introduced. The best way to see what we have is to email us with a short note about what you're looking for.
What to include
- • Your resume (PDF is easiest)
- • The kind of role you're looking for (title, tech, level)
- • Location or remote preference & work authorization
- • Rough compensation expectations
- • Anything you'd want a recruiter to know upfront
How we work with candidates
Simple rules, no fine print.
Consent-based submissions
Your resume goes to a specific employer only after you say yes, in writing, to that specific role.
Transparent details
We share the employer name, comp band, and what we know about the team before you decide to interview.
No candidate fees
All fees are paid by employers. If anyone claiming to be us asks you to pay something, that isn't us.
