1. Use of this site

staffingit.org is an informational website for StaffingIT, a US-based IT staffing practice. Using the site does not create an employment, agency, or advisory relationship. Formal engagements between StaffingIT and a client or candidate are governed by a separate written agreement.

2. Content accuracy

We aim to keep information on this site accurate but make no warranty that it is complete, current, or free of errors. Job descriptions, roles, and availability change frequently and may not reflect real-time status.

3. Candidate submissions

By submitting a resume or professional information, you confirm that it is accurate and yours to share, and you authorize StaffingIT to evaluate you for opportunities. You may withdraw at any time by emailing talent@staffingit.org.

4. Intellectual property

The StaffingIT name, logo, and website content are owned by StaffingIT. You may not copy or republish them without permission, except for normal browser caching and personal reference.

5. Limitation of liability

StaffingIT provides this site "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in a US court of competent jurisdiction.
