Contract Staffing

Bring on vetted US-based contractors for defined-scope work or interim capacity. Weekly timesheet, transparent bill rate.

Contract-to-Hire

Try before you commit. Standard conversion terms disclosed at the start, no surprise buyout fees.

Direct Placement

Full-time permanent hires on a contingent fee basis. You only pay if you hire someone we introduce.

    30–45 minutes to understand the role, team, tech, comp band, and what a great hire actually looks like.

    We send a short agreement covering fee, guarantee period, and process. Nothing starts until you've signed.

    We source, screen, and only submit candidates who fit the brief and have consented to be represented.
